After payment confirmation, all orders are processed within up to 3 business days.
This processing time includes quality inspection and secure packaging of our premium semi-fine jewellery at Mirela Collections.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched via postal service or courier, according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not from the purchase date.
When available, a tracking number will be provided.

Delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a product defect.
