Warranty
Mirela Collections provides a 6-month warranty on all premium semi-fine jewellery, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, under normal and appropriate use, and does not constitute an extended or lifetime warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is identified within six months of delivery, Mirela Collections will, after technical inspection, offer repair or replacement when applicable. Any repair or replacement will be carried out within a reasonable timeframe, typically between 14 and 30 days, and without causing undue inconvenience to the customer.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, colour changes, surface wear, or damage caused by water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, cosmetics, physical activities, accidents, impact, improper use, or lack of proper care. Damage resulting from these situations is not considered a manufacturing defect.
All warranty requests are subject to technical inspection. If misuse, wear incompatible with the time of use, or non-manufacturing-related damage is identified, the warranty claim may be refused.
Lost stones, crystals, or components are not covered by the warranty. If a repair is possible, replacement of lost elements will be carried out only upon prior approval of the customer and payment of the replacement cost.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK and EU law.
